I LOVE Thanksgiving!!! It is my most favorite day of the year! Food, family, friends, and don't forget Tom Turkey as he strolls down the streets of New York in the Macy's Parade! As a kid, thanksgiving meant gathering with close to 100 relatives and eating the most delicious dishes. We would run and play with our cousins that we would have not seen since the previous year. The Summer's family will gather on Thursday, oh what I wouldn't do to be there. It has been far too long! In recent years, the tradition has been to run the 13.1 miles down Peachtree Street in Atlanta, then tailgate with the best of friends. This year, being 8 months pregnant, a 1/2 marathon is a little out of the question. Instead, we will gather around the turkey and be thankful for the miracle of our upcoming arrival! We have decided to spread our holiday cheer! (since not all of you can be in our studio to hear our famous turkey call contest.) Tell us about your favorite T.Day tradition? Message me by Wed.
