{these are a few of our favorite things}

Happy Friday!!! Today, I would like to highlight a few of our favorite things that have brightened our days for the first four months of parenthood.
Perched high on the book shelves, this little bird adds the perfect touch of pink and whimsy to the nursery. Our felted feathered friend is handmade by friend Jenni Horne. I am addicted to all of Jenni's work. I was so excited to find this little gal, the colors match the room perfectly! Be sure to visit jennihorne.blogspot.com and www.etsy.com/shop/artsyorangefor play time, nap time, or driving in the car, The Pokey Pup has provided us with a lot of great tunes that are not ear piercing or annoying. Finally, children's music for the parents who like to share indy music with their kids.

Love, love, LOVE this little onesie from Waldeck Drygoods. Handmade in Lancaster Co. PA. It is a little piece of home. All of their products use new and vintage materials, and she loves repurposing old fabrics into new items. www.etsy.com/shop/WaldeckDryGoods I could not have survived without the Cuddoozle pillow. Do the drawings on the fabric look familiar? I would have never thought that this would have been an absolute must have when I worked hands on with Cuddoozle owner, Margret Norcott on the fabric design 5 years ago. They are now introducing their new eco-freindly line. Available at Target, Babies R Us, Amazon and Cuddoozle.com

It is never to early to teach a little girl the importance of a good shoe. I couldn't wait for the day for the "blue bird" shoes to fit. Now that they do, we wear them every chance that we get and get flooded with compliments every time. The dilemma now, which style will be next; the Ollie, the Olivia or the Penny? These shoes are a great price and make a perfect gift. Click on the link above and through inkSpotts, we will donate 10% of the sale to Georgia Organics
